Your puppy is guaranteed in good health and free of communicable diseases on day of
sale.  You are required to take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a health check
within 72 hours from the time you pick your puppy up.  Failure to do so makes this
contract null and void.  If in that 72 hours, your puppy is found not to be in good health
by a licensed veterinarian, breeder agrees to refund the purchase price upon return of
the puppy.  Breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred.  The refund will be
given only upon receipt of the licensed veterinarians report.
Puppy is guaranteed to be free of congenital defects for 1 year from the date of birth.  
You may return it, for a new puppy, to the breeder with a written statement from a
licensed veterinarian, if it is found to have congenital defects.  The buyer will cover
expenses because the breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred, such as
vet bills.
Puppy has been on a vaccination and deworming schedule.  Please take the records to
your veterinarian.  It is very important to continue on schedule.  If your puppy is
purchased as a pet, we strongly recommend that it be spayed or neutered.
Buyer agrees to take good care of puppy, providing it with adequate food, water, shelter,
and medical care.  Keep your puppy isolated from other dogs as much as possible for the
first year because of diseases such as parvo.
If puppy is returned for any other reasons than what is covered in this health guarantee,
there will be a $25.00 handling charge.  The money that the puppy is resold for will be
refunded to you.
